By accessing or using H ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

H is a job costing and tracking application designed for trade businesses. The Service allows users to track labour hours, material costs, and job profitability through a conversational interface and web dashboard.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per business unless otherwise agreed

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to accurately process and store your data, H uses AI to interpret natural language messages. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of logged data. We recommend regularly checking your dashboard to ensure entries are correct.

6. Limitation of Liability

H is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is as displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
